Refunds

Full refund if the first draft misses. If it does not match the plan or brief you gave us, ask within 14 days of payment and we will refund you in full.

If the first draft misses

Your design should match the floor plan or written brief you gave us. If the first draft does not, tell us what missed and ask for a full refund within 14 daysof payment. You do not have to try revisions first.

We never refuse a refund request for a first draft that missed your plan or brief. Using either of your two included rounds of changes does not take that promise away.

If we are late

We promise a first draft within 24 hours. If we fail to deliver it within the promised time, you can ask for a full refund too. Email us within 14 days of payment.

After revisions

Two rounds of changes are included in your order. Once you have used revisions and we have delivered the design as described, other refunds are at our discretion. We would rather hear from you than leave you unhappy. A request because the first draft missed is always covered by the promise above.

How the refund is paid

We issue the full refund through Clink to the payment method you used. The time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider or bank.

Your statutory rights

This promise is in addition to any rights the law where you live gives you. Nothing on this page reduces those rights, including any right to cancel or seek a remedy for a service that was not delivered as promised. The 14-day request period does not limit your statutory rights.

How to ask

Email the address below from the email address you ordered with. Say you would like a refund and tell us whether the first draft missed your plan or brief, or arrived late. Include your order reference if you have it; otherwise we can find the order from your email. You do not need an account.
